An Elmont man is accused of pointing a loaded gun at two teenagers.
Detectives say it happened Monday on Ludlam Place. They say William Stegman pointed the weapon from over the fence of his house.
The 16-year-olds were standing behind a 99-cent store on Hempstead Turnpike during the incident, detectives say.
Officials say the teenagers ran home and told their parents, who then called police.
