Dr. Anthony Fauci says he believes a decision for Food and Drug Administration approval of the COVID-19 vaccine for children under the age of 5 will come soon.

"We're very sensitive to the fact that many parents out there are waiting for a decision on this, and the message we have to them is that we want to make sure that when you're dealing with vaccines for anyone, particularly children, that we get the data, we look at the data and when I say we, I'm talking first the FDA for the authorization and then the CDC for their recommendation so that we know that they're safe," says Fauci. “Thus far, there appears to be no safety signal whatsoever that would get anyone worried."
