Drivers blame milled road after toddler dies in crash
<p>Some Bronx drivers are saying the milled, coarse roadway of Bruckner Boulevard may be in part to blame for a crash that killed a 3-year-old. "Being under here is like a death threat," said one driver. "It's really scary and frightening. Even the overhead is raggedy and needs fixing."
