A Mays Landing woman faces a 15-year state prison sentence after pleading guilty to charges spanning three separate criminal cases, including a fatal drunken-driving crash that killed a 22-year-old woman.

Alexia M. Glass, 27, pleaded guilty on Sept. 3 to six indictable offenses and one disorderly persons offense. Under the terms of the global plea agreement, prosecutors are recommending a 15-year sentence in New Jersey State Prison.

The primary case stems from a March 28, 2024, fatal crash in Hamilton Township. Authorities said Glass was driving at excessive speeds and while under the influence when she struck a vehicle operated by Yolanda Pacheco, 22, of Mount Holly. Pacheco died from her injuries, and her passenger, 30-year-old Jenalise Sierra-Valentin of Egg Harbor City, was injured. In that incident, Glass pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter, second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree joyriding and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Her associated second-offense DUI charge will be formally entered at sentencing.

Glass also admitted guilt in two prior incidents. In April 2022, Pleasantville police cited Glass for driving while intoxicated with her 2-month-old child in the back seat, leading to guilty pleas for second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and a disorderly persons offense of DUI with a minor. Additionally, Glass pleaded guilty to third-degree eluding for fleeing a police officer who attempted a traffic stop in Hamilton Township in December 2020.

Sentencing for all three matters is scheduled for Dec. 1.
