The new middle school adds 433 new seats to District 9 in an often overcrowded borough – it’ll welcome sixth graders next week for the first day of class.
The five story building is named after former Bronx Deputy Borough President Aurelia Greene. The school will have a focus on debate, with students learning how to communicate about the real world issues they face every day.
The Bronx Debate Academy comes with:
