The family of Avonte Oquendo is marching today in remembrance of the teen with autism who disappeared two years ago.
The 14-year-old wandered from his school in Long Island City on Oct. 4, 2013.
He was eventually found dead in the East River after a desperate three-month search.
His death paved the way for Avonte's law, which required the city's Department of Education to assess the need for door alarms at schools.
