General Mills issues recall for various Gold Medal flour products due to salmonella contamination
General Mills has issued a recall for bags of its Gold Medal Unbleached and Bleached All Purpose Flour after a sampling found salmonella contamination.
The recalled flour has "better if used by" dates of Mar. 27, 2024 and Mar. 28, 2024 and includes 2-, 5- and 10-pound bags of the flour.
The products were distributed nationally.
Customers are urged to check their pantries and dispose of the product affected by the recall.
