Greenwich police say residents should expect to see officers participating in training exercises Monday.

They say the Emergency Service Unit was conducting sessions near Steamboat Road.

Explosive breaching techniques were used, so anyone in the area may have heard loud noises. 

Police say the drills are controlled and supervised. There is no danger to the public.
