Kids, teens and adults are jump-roping for their futures, saying it helps them do better in all areas of life.
The group known as Jumpers N' Command was started decades ago as a means to get kids around the city involved in a sport that is both fun and affordable.
The workshop pairs veteran jumpers with younger ones with the hope of inspiring kids of all ages to jump regularly.
The group says its goal is to teach children teamwork, sportsmanship and how to work with others.
