Hundreds of Bronx residents marched down the Grand Concourse and into a Rent Guidelines Board meeting Monday to protest the cost of rent in the borough.
The meeting was held at the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
Residents say they are dealing with landlord harassment and poor living conditions in addition to the rising rent costs.
