Police and firefighters in Caldwell and West Essex EMS were invited to the Cub Scout 846's First Responder Night this week.
Those on the front lines showed the kids the equipment they use and how they use it in the event of emergencies as part of a community outreach.
The kids got to learn a lot about the first responders who keep them safe.
