A Bronx judge has tossed out a lawsuit that would have forced the city to turn over the Kingsbridge Armory's property rights to the developer.

Former New York Rangers captain Mark Messier and developers have long had plans to convert the lot into the Kingsbridge National Ice Center. 

They filed a lawsuit against the city's Economic Development Corporation in April.

They're accusing the mayor of trying to derail the project, while the city claims the development team has failed to raise the $350 million needed for the project. 

In a statement, the EDC says, "We hope KNIC will now stop wasting time on meritless lawsuits, and start securing the financing to get this project moving. EDC is committed to activating the Kingsbridge Armory for the people of the Bronx."

Meanwhile, KNIC says they have the money from private investors and a loan from state lawmakers. 

The ice rink center was approved by City Council in 2013, but there's no sign when construction will start.
