A Bronx man convicted in a murder that happened near a child care center will spend the next 75 years in jail.

On Friday, a judge handed down that sentence to Ruben Pizzarro.

The murder took place near Crotona Avenue in 2015.

Prosecutors say it's where Pizzaro, who authorities say was part of a gang that sold drugs, gunned down David Rivera, a rival drug dealer.

Pizzarro was convicted last June.
