A new auto repair complex on Leggett Avenue is preparing for a February opening in Hunts Point.
The 84,000-square-foot facility houses 45 different businesses. Pedro Estevez, who is part of the project, says it will bring jobs and job training to the Bronx.
Organizers say they were forced out of Queens by the city's Economic Development Corporation.
Estevez says the facility is environmentally friendly.
