Massive delays after Metro-North train clips car in North White Plains

Metro-North trains are running on a big delay after a train clipped a car in North White Plains.
A Metro-North officer says it happened just after 7:30 p.m.
Video shows a southeast-bound Metro-North train stopped on the tracks and passengers looking outside.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Service was suspended between North White Plains and Southeast but has since been restored.
The Metro-North warns that there could be scattered residual delays of up to 80 minutes.
