Medical examiner: Death of 1-year-old exposed to fentanyl at Kingsbridge day care deemed a homicide

The medical examiner has ruled the death of 1-year-old Nicholas Dominici a homicide by fentanyl poisoning. 

Nicholas Dominici was one of the four toddlers found in the Kingsbridge day care, El Divino Nino, on Sept. 15. The remaining three children were hospitalized. 

Since the discovery, four people, including the owner of the day care and her husband, have been arrested, facing federal narcotics charges. 

All four suspects are currently being held without bail.
