A flash letter warning was issued Wednesday by the office of the MTA inspector general showing hazardous conditions at NYC Transit's 207th Street facilities.
According to an audit, 22 out of 23 of the facilities had not completed required fire pump tests in 2021.
In March, a water flow test also found low water volume from impaired piping that could cause system failures.
The office of the inspector general issued four recommendations to NYC Transit, including the use of an outside contractor.
