A new shuttle bus will be making its debut in the Bronx next month. Luckily for community members, it won't cost a thing.
The free 20-passenger shuttle ride aims to connect commuters to parts of our borough that are especially hard to access without a car. It will offer 10 stops across the Boogie Down.
It was all made possible through a partnership between the Throgs Neck Business Improvement District and elected leaders with funding by the Bally's Corporation ahead of the opening of its new golf course.
The bus will also continue to honor the legacy of Chamber of Commerce Chairman Joseph Kelleher. The shuttle bus will run starting Oct. 1 - through Dec. 31.
The hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
