City officials announced Tuesday that 10 parks across the city, including three in Brooklyn and three in the Bronx, are next in line to get upgrades through the Community Parks Initiative.
Since 2014, 67 parks have been revamped under this initiative to invest in parks in low-income neighborhoods.
With new mayoral funding, city officials are hoping to bring that number to 167 parks over the next decade.
