NYPD: 2 dead in Harlem apartment fire, several others injured

Two people are dead, and several others are injured after a Harlem apartment building fire Friday morning.

UPDATE: Two people are dead, and several others are injured after a Harlem apartment building fire Friday morning.
According to officials, a fire broke out just after 1 a.m. in an apartment at 1833 7th Avenue near 112th Street.
The fire reportedly started on the third floor of the building.
Several people in total were injured:  a 37-year-old woman and an 81-year-old man who were both pronounced dead after being rushed to treatment; 4-year-old girl who was listed in critical condition; a 1-month-old boy; a 56-year-old woman and a 44-year-old woman. 
Officials identified the 37-year-old as Adianatou-Nene Korouma.
Four families have been displaced.
