NYPD: Man stabs co-worker in the neck at Kingsbridge car dealership

Police say a Yonkers man is dead after his co-worker stabbed him in the neck inside a car dealership in Kingsbridge Monday night.

Police say a Yonkers man is dead after his co-worker stabbed him in the neck inside a car dealership in Kingsbridge Monday night.
Police say a 53-year-old employee stabbed his co-worker Brandon Almonte multiple times in the neck inside the Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership at around 4:30 p.m.
Police say the employee accused of the stabbing was taken into custody.
Almonte, a 22-year-old from Yonkers, was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital, the Allen Pavilion where police say he was pronounced dead.
Detectives say they recovered a knife at the scene.
Police have not yet released a name for the suspect. His charges pending.
