Police say that a commuter’s phone was snatched out of his hands while he was on the train.
The incident happened on March 25 around 9:43 p.m. on the D train, according to police. When the train stopped at the 170 Street-Grand Concourse subway station, someone grabbed the 57-year-old man’s phone out of his hands. The person ran out into the platforms as the train doors closed while the commuter stayed inside the train.
