NYPD: Woman wanted for lighting Pride flag on fire outside Manhattan restaurant

According to police, at 1:40 a.m. Monday, a white four-door SUV pulled over in front of Little Prince restaurant located on Prince Street.

Police are asking the public’s help to identify the person captured on surveillance video in connection to an arson outside a Manhattan restaurant.
According to police, at 1:40 a.m. Monday, a white four-door SUV pulled over in front of Little Prince restaurant located on Prince Street. A woman then exits the vehicle and sets fire to a Pride flag hanging out front.
The fire spread and caused exterior damage to the building.
The woman fled in a vehicle that was being operated by another unknown individual, police say. It was last seen traveling westbound on Prince Street toward MacDougal Street.
No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.
The individual being sought is described as a female with a light complexion and long dark colored hair.
The incident is being investigated by the NYPD's Hate Crime Task Force.
