Officials: 3 hurt when lift chair detaches from line, falls 15 feet to ground at Camelback Resort

Camelback Resort officials are probing how one of the lift chairs at the Pennsylvania ski resort detached from the line and fell 15 feet to the ground – injuring a father and his two children.

Camelback Resort officials are probing how one of the lift chairs at the Pennsylvania ski resort detached from the line and fell 15 feet to the ground – injuring a father and his two children.
Camelback is about 20 minutes outside of New Jersey. The incident happened Sunday on the Sullivan Trail Express.
Officials say the lift will remain closed as the investigation continues.
The father and his two children were sent to the hospital. Their names, conditions and where the victims are from have not been released.
