Citizen app video shows heavy smoke coming out of the three-story
building on Findlay Avenue in Concourse Village.
News 12 is told seven other children were also in the apartment.
There is no word if any of those children suffered injuries.
Officials tell News 12 that the fire started in the kitchen, and officials say it is not suspicious.
