Officials have deemed the mysterious death of a 37-year-old Soundview man as a homicide.
The medical examiner ruled the death of Roman Luna, who was found at his home on Lafayette Avenue on May 5, a homicide. Police say Luna was found unconscious and unresponsive with injuries around his body and mostly to his head.
EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
No other details have been released.
