One World Observatory is back open on weekends, giving people a chance to explore the city while staying close to home.

The observatory had to close at the beginning of the pandemic, but the Manhattan attraction opened back up in November.

Its unique dining experience is temporarily closed, but there are some new attractions.

The observatory features a global welcome center that pulls visitors' geographic data to create a global address book and the Horizon Grid -- a three-minute visual showcase of memorable moments, faces and iconic places.

Visitors can also book private Skypod elevators, which go up more than 100 stories in 47 seconds.

There are also other packages for those who want an even more socially distanced experience, including Private View that allows 10 people to enjoy the space all to themselves.

One World Observatory is currently open on weekends from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
