A concerned parent told News 12 on Monday that her kids have experienced abuse at Suzuka's Dreams Group Family Daycare.

"My daughter would tell me, 'Mom, I don't want to go to day care' and I didn't know why," said parent Lianna Suazo.

The parent said on Nov. 14, a former employer at the Wakefield day care sent parents videos, images and audio of the alleged abuse at 1031 E 225th St.

One of the videos seems to show the owner of the day care hitting a baby with a ruler.

"She would mainly hit them in the head, shake them and spray water on them. My coworker and I saw her pour cold water on them from the fridge," said a former employer, who asked to remain anonymous.

News 12 reached out to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and is waiting for a response.

Sofia Lavayen, the owner of the day care, told News 12 she is waiting for confirmation from her lawyer in order to speak with us.
