A bump in the road outside of Parkchester North Condominium may seem like nothing, but for nearby residents, it’s causing a huge headache.
The noise of vehicles driving over a plate along Dogwood Drive is sending the sounds of ringing metal through the neighborhood at all hours of the night. The situation’s been going on for two weeks.

News 12 reached out to Parkchester North Condominium for a statement and is awaiting their response.
