Six people were injured, two critically, when a car crashed into an MTA bus early Sunday in Brownsville, officials say.
The incident took place at the corner of Linden Boulevard and Rockaway Parkway at around 3:30 a.m.
Two of the three people in the car that struck the bus are in critical condition fighting for their lives, according to the NYPD. The third person in the car also suffered serious injuries but is expected to survive.
There were three people on the bus, including the driver, who all suffered minor injuries.
Investigators tell News 12 the car was going at a high speed when it ran a red light and crashed into the B60 bus.
Citizen app video shows damage to the side of the bus, with one windshield missing and the other cracked.
The FDNY tells News 12 four of the victims were hospitalized and two were treated at the scene.
The FDNY and MTA are investigating the crash.
