A Bronx custodian is facing charges after police say he tried to use two female students as his own form of entertainment.
Police say Pastor Heras, 54, came across two girls kissing in a stairwell at a school on Dec. 3. Heras then stopped them and asked the two girls to kiss again while he watched, according to authorities.
The New York Daily News is reporting it happened at Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music -- police have not yet confirmed where it happened.
Heras is charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 years old.
News 12 reached out to the Department of Education for comment, but has not heard back.
