15h agoA retired NYPD officer was randomly assaulted by a group of people at Brighton Beach.
The 66-year-old was walking down Brighton Beach Avenue Tuesday around 1 p.m. when the group repeatedly punched him in the back of the head before fleeing, police say.
Police ask anyone with information about the suspects to contact 1-800-577-TIPS.
