Police ID victim found on Bronx McDonald's roof, arrest another suspect
Police say they have arrested another suspect in connection to a body that was found on the roof of a Bronx McDonald's.

Police say they have arrested another suspect in connection to a body that was found on the roof of a Bronx McDonald's.
They have identified the suspect in custody as 21-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez.
Police say Rodriguez faces murder charges and criminally negligent homicide charges.
Police have also identified the victim who was found as 65-year-old Richard Hamlet.
The unconscious man was found on the roof of a McDonald's located at 279 East 149 St.
They say the man was found wrapped in a plastic bag.
EMS pronounced him dead on the scene.
