Police have released a photo of a man they say burglarized a Bronx car wash twice.
They say the first incident happened inside Kevin Car Wash on Oct. 2 on 3rd Avenue.
The second on Oct. 6.
Police say both times he broke in the location stealing cash and merchandise.
