A man was found with a fatal stab wound to the chest Wednesday in Mount Hope, police say.
According to the NYPD, officers responded to the Echo Place and East Tremont Avenue area at around 9 p.m. and discovered the man with the injury.
The victim was transported to SBH Health System where he was pronounced dead.
