News 12 is told that the suspect approached a 21-year-old woman riding on a southbound 3 Train and demanded her phone while touching himself.
Police tell News 12 the incident happened Friday near Pennsylvania and Livonia avenues around 9 a.m.
The suspect is described to be in his early 20s, about 5 feet and 10 inches tall with a short black afro and brown eyes.
The suspect was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and brown shoes.
