Police say a truck driver is dead after being hit by another truck while making a delivery in Hunts Point on Sunday morning.
Officials say a driver backed into 63-year-old Hussain Abbas, of Montreal, when he got out of his truck.
The incident happened at around 8 a.m. on East Tremont Avenue near Anthony Avenue.
Police say they don't believe any charges will be filed.
