Bronx residents say that it feels like an obstacle course getting in and out of Macombs Dam Park, where complaints about a drainage issue have been bubbling up.
They say the entrance is constantly flooded.
The park gets a lot of foot traffic, locals say, because the path to the track and field is accessible only through one door.
The park has long been a popular place for residents to exercise, but the drainage problem has been left unfixed for months, they say.
The city parks department has not yet responded to a News 12 request for comment.
