A rabbi has created an outreach summer camp program for children of the Bronx.
Rabbi Saadia Pewzner of the Bronx Jewish Center says they are offering educational summer camp to children in Morris Park.
He says there are many parts of the Bronx, outside of Riverdale, that have a population of over 30,000 Jewish people, according to a study by the Jewish Federation.
However, he says resources like day camp are often not available to them.
Saadia even has a van he uses to help provide rides to and from the camp for the children.
