A rally is being held Friday in Manhattan to demand justice in the death of Elijah Muhammad.
Muhammad, 31, was found dead last month while in Department of Correction’s custody on Rikers Island.
He was one of 11 people to die in 2022 under the custody of the Department of Correction.
