Real estate agent Elias Everett took News 12 inside the Joinery in Mott Haven and up to the penthouse.

“The penthouses here are only for sale and going for $895,000, which is a great price," Everett says.

The penthouse  has three balconies, with one large enough to host a big party.

"The best part is the subway is a couple blocks away and it's a 20-minute train ride to the city, " Everett shares.
