Commuters bundled up Tuesday for whipping winds that made it feel a lot colder.
As New Yorkers made their way around the city, many commuters in Hunts Points bundled up in heavy coats, hats and boots to make the commute more bearable.
Residents told News 12 they are hoping that spring will arrive soon as they are ready to dress in light clothes, while some others feel that winter will hang out a little bit longer.
