Residents say they are pleading for a park that has been closed for years to open again.
The park, located on Longfellow Avenue and East 165th Street, doesn't even have a name.
It has turned into a dump where people throw away their personal trash.
The Parks Department cleans the outside of the area. News 12 reached out about its plans for the park, but the department has yet to respond.
