For the 17th year, dozens came together Tuesday at Jacobi Medical Center to remember their family members and neighbors lost on 9/11.

They followed this with prayers of remembrance and song, and reflections from family members as wreathes are laid down across the names of those who lost their lives.
Theresa Noel, mother of a 9/11 victim, says her 22-year-old son died on the 83rd floor and that she has been coming to the commemoration ceremony since the hospital first held it one year after the attacks.
