Multiple sources indicate progress in the lawsuit hindering the state's recreational cannabis industry.
Parties involved have reportedly reached an agreement.
Initially, a group of four disabled veterans sued the state over its social-justice licensing system, which prioritized the first 450 dispensary licenses for individuals convicted of cannabis-related offenses.
An August injunction blocked most of these licensees from opening their shops.
Details of the lawsuit agreement will be revealed once finalized and presented to the State Supreme Court, anticipated later this week.
