Storm Watch meteorologist Darryl Green says New York City will see heavy wind and rain overnight. Wind gusts are predicated to be 30 - 50 mph with risks to tree limbs and power lines.
Minor to moderate coastal flooding near the waterfront is also expected. A flood watch was issued from 10 p.m. Monday through Tuesday morning. A wind advisory was issued for the Bronx and Brooklyn from 8 p.m. Monday into 6 a.m. Tuesday.

THURSDAY: Cool and mostly cloudy, highs from the mid-50s to the low-60s.
FIRDAY: Warmer under a mix of sun and clouds, highs from the mid-60s to the low-70s.
