WHAT: A spring-like storm will bring two rounds of rain beginning Wednesday afternoon and ending Thursday evening. The first round Wednesday afternoon is expected to be strongest with heavy rain and downpours. An elevated flood concern because of heavy rain falling on a saturated ground.
WHERE: All five boroughs. The heaviest rain is likely the farther east you go. Best chance for 2"+ will be SE Brooklyn.
