Arthur Avenue set to transform into an outdoor street dining hotspot

Arthur Avenue will have outdoor dining seats set up between 188th and 184th streets.

Businesses along Arthur Avenue are gearing up for outdoor dining next week as the road closes off from traffic.
Barricades are already in place as Arthur Avenue gets set to transform into a street dining experience. Some restaurants like Luna Cafe already have their outdoor seating area set up.
Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Thursday the plan to shut down 22 streets across the city to traffic on weekends for outdoor dining.
Arthur Avenue will have outdoor dining seats set up between 188th and 184th streets from Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Then on Sunday the outdoor dining will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The street closures and outdoor dining will be in effect through Labor Day.
