Vaping could be linked to
eating disorders, according to a recent study published in the journal Eating Behaviors.
Vaping is common among young adults and eating
disorder onset typically occurs before age
25, according to the study.
After the study findings
linking the two, clinicians were advised to screen for eating disorder symptoms
among vape users.
Just last week, the FDA rejected
applications for nearly 950,000 E-cigs and their related products, meaning they
are not approved to be on store shelves.
