A Bronx teen waived his court appearance Thursday in connection to an arrest for allegedly stealing a bike and pushing an officer that was recorded in a violent video that went viral.

Officers were investigating a stolen bicycle on Oct. 6, 2017 when they encountered Alfred Burns, 16, near a Marble Hill store. Police say the teen stole the bicycle, pushed one of the officers to the ground and placed his hands on his neck.

The video shows Burns grappling with an officer on the ground while the other repeatedly strikes him in the head.

The recording also has audio of the gasps of shocked bystanders.

The NYPD says it is conducting an internal investigation and reviewing the video, which has garnered more than 3 million views.

Burns' next court date is Feb. 7.
